Role responsibilities & requirements
Structured expectations
This is a client-facing position. You will represent reputable online brands and are expected to act with professionalism, integrity and care at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with potential clients via professional chat, email and voice calls.
- Promote company gaming products responsibly, focusing on verified, adult customers only.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM and communication tools.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clear, respectful communication.
- Work towards agreed monthly sales and quality targets in a transparent, supportive environment.
Requirements
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer literacy and reliable internet connection suitable for calls and online work.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to follow documented processes without constant supervision.
- Prior sales or iGaming experience is helpful but not mandatory if you are willing to learn.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work with online gaming brands in your country.
